What I Do:
Hi my name is Aarti Patel, and I am a mental health coach. My goal is to help you gain a better grasp of self-confidence, and help shift your perspectives in the right direction. I am here to help you set a target goal for yourself to reach, while also growing your mindset and improving your relationships and communication skills. I am here for you in any way I can be. My goal is to help you be the best you you can be, and the steps I can guide you through to get to that point. I will help you make your dreams into reality one step at a time.
About Me:
I am a seventeen year old girl who decided to get my license in life coaching. I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and I have a mom, dad, and two brothers. I decided to get my license and create this website because I genuinely want to help people through some struggles they may be facing. I have seen the struggles life can take on a person and the tolls it can take on a person's mental health, but I have also seen people find a path again with the help of a life coach.
Who I Can Help:
I am here to help anyone who is struggling through transitions, goals, life crises, and so much more. There is no age limit to life coaching because everyone is going through some form of a struggle no matter the age. I am a certified life coach as well.
As a person who has struggled with my mental health in the past, Aarti has truly helped me in my time of need. She has helped me see the goal at the end of this journey, and now I am back on the right track and going to college.
